Came out on a holiday weekend replaced my well pump in about 1 1/2 hrs. Big thumbs up from me!!!!!

These guys are truly amazing. On July 27th 2021 I requested to have my well water pump replaced because another plumbing company said I should replace it because It was not functioning correctly. Well kimmel & Son determined that the water pump did not need to be replace just a minor issue needed to be addressed. They saved my thousands of dollars. I truly can’t thank them enough.

Called Kimmel and Son after already having two plumbers at my house. First guy wasn't a well guy and told me I need a well guy, second folks were very thorough and did lots of troubleshooting to figure out my problem. They essentially were dumb founded as they couldn't find anything. Between my own research and the second plumber i figured they did everything that i read to do online. I was still having the problem. I called Kimmel and Son....After speaking with him for less than 5 minutes, most of which explaining my problem and what was done, he gave me a suggestion to try, one the second plumber didn't. He told me I bet this is your problem. I did as he said, and BANG! Pump back in action. This is what a small town plumber should be; courteous professional service, and in the case of Kimmel and Son.. FREE. I had heard good reviews of Kimmel and Son and after my experience I would certainly recommend for your well service needs.

I called first thing in the AM today when I had no water and spoke to Mike. We coordinated a time for him and his son to come out, and they found the issue really fast.
